Can babies really make such judgments? Like we already knew through Freud and later Lacan that babies pass through the genital and the mirror stages...what is meant by this...and gravitating towards a helper is what every creature does. This is the basis of Jaina dharma of ahimsa...so what is new here and can we call any of these responses moral...?
